Latent capacities of your true self awaken, and your multifaceted gifts are integrated into a more glorious you. You come into your full power as a woman… authentic, impassioned, empowered, loving, content, aware and divine!
On our collective journey we’ll embrace these universally celebrated values of female energy and refinement… each of whom live in you.
The purpose of Empowering the Wise Woman Within is to create a gathering place to explore our innermost selves, and to establish a safe space to share positive meaning from our life experience.
Together, we’ll engage in deep sharing and lively discussion. You’ll acquire some practical positivity tips along the way, while developing essential psychospiritual strengths that help you embrace life as a truly Wise Woman.
Each session will include a short presentation, check-in and a guided meditation, followed by a self-reflection question on the week’s topic. You will write a story OR journal in response to the prompt. Then we’ll engage in some cozy conversation in small groups of 3 in our Zoom breakthrough rooms, with more time for Q & A. We’ll end with a short ritual to embody the topic of the day. That adds up to 2 full hours of weekly inspiration and conversations that really matter.

Week by week, we’ll empower the Wise Woman Within by embracing the 7 core feminine qualities that create authentic happiness and transform us into our best selves.
Joy – Wisdom – Creativity – Compassion – Strength – Passion – Authenticity
We’ll discover the feminine archetypes that were described by Carl Jung, and later illuminated by such Wise Women such as Jean Shinoda Bolen and Jean Houston. The archetypes appear in the world’s most influential cultures and philosophies and represent the truly essential and universal potentials conductive to our happiness and wellbeing as mature women.
The 7 feminine archetypes will be our guides. Just look at who you’ll meet (and reclaim) along our journey.

Week 2: Your Inner Wild Woman will teach you about Passion
Week 3: Your Inner Warrior will teach you about Strength
Week 4: Your Inner Mother will teach you about Compassion

Week 6: Your Inner Crone will teach you about Wisdom
Week 7: Your Inner Mystic will teach you about Joy
