Week by week, we’ll seek significance and clarity in response to an important question that engages, enlivens and challenges us. Not in a class… but as a small pilgrimage of curiosity and human goodness,

Each week opens with music to help us gather and settle, followed by a check-in and a contemplative guided meditation designed to cultivate curiosity (one of the most underappreciated strengths of the human spirit) and to deepen inner listening. Then, Joan or Gilah will draw the day’s question—a question none of us will know in advance. We’ll journal, gather in intimate breakout conversations, and return for larger group reflection and takeaways to carry into daily life. We’ll close with a poem and smiles all around. That adds up to 99 minutes of weekly inspiration and conversations that really matter.
