Spiritual mentoring is a sacred, relational process that honors the unique unfolding of your inner life as you make the essential shift from ego to soul.

Sessions may include provocative questions, deep reflection, dreamwork, writing, meditation, spiritual exercises or ritual- whatever best serves your unfolding journey of Self-discovery.

With a lifetime of experience in diverse eastern, western and indigenous psychospiritual traditions, I bring a rare depth of understanding to the mentoring process. As a mystic who has journeyed through many realms of consciousness, an author of 17 books, a scholar with expertise in neuroscience, stress management, mind-body medicine and depth psychology, I am privileged to serve as a guide, a mirror and an anam cara, or soul friend.

If you are passionately committed to your personal development and feel called to soul work, we will schedule a 20-minute initial conversation to discern whether we resonate as soul partners. Sessions are then scheduled every other week for one hour either by phone or on Zoom. The price is $595/month. I am available between sessions for occasional texts or brief calls as necessary.
