    Wow! For the first time in a long time I’ve found somebody who is not peddling a fad diet or an extreme point of view. Everything you say rings true to me (after years of research I’ve personally done into all sorts of diets). Yes, everyone is different! But yes… there are some core components we can all follow, starting with wholefoods. Round of applause for you Joan!
    Please can you do an audio book asap.

    I use 100% banana flour (no gluten). I cannot consume any nuts, also spinach, chocolate, potatoes and many others plant-based foods, as they are high oxalate (oxalic acid) and they are bad for Rheumatoid Arthritis, fibromyalgia (which I have). I am vegan, and manage quite well on that.

    Thanks for the tips, Dr. Joan. I agree that we need to stop eating processed foods because there’s so many unnecessary ingredients in them! But sometimes it’s difficult to avoid them completely too especially when we have a dense schedule and would be lucky to eat at all ha ha
